And season with salt pepper and italian seasoning. Roast the salmon on the middle rack of the oven for 8 10 minutes at 220 c 430 f or until the fish is flaky and separates easily with a fork. Cover and bake 20 25 minutes longer or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Drizzle with olive oil.
